Puts the game into Steam's mod folder, adds a desktop icon that checks for updates and joins our server, and a Send problem report entry in the Start menu. Already installed? Run the new installer over the old one - your keys and settings stay.

Install with the installer

SteamSteam must be installed and logged in.
InstallUnzip and run Nightfall_Alpha_0.6_Setup.exe. Windows may say "unknown publisher": click More info → Run anyway.
StartDouble-click Nightfall - Slayers vs Vampires on your desktop. The first time, Steam may ask for the free Source SDK Base 2013 Multiplayer - install it, then click the icon again.
PlayThe game joins our server by itself - or host your own game, bots included.

Vampires: run + crouch + jump = leap. Slayers: knock a vampire down, then stake the body.

Something went wrong?

Run Nightfall - Send problem report from the Start menu (zip install: report.ps1 in the game folder, right-click → Run with PowerShell). It puts a zip on your desktop with the logs we need (no passwords). Post it in our Steam group and tell us what happened.

An alpha: unfinished, with bugs and placeholder content. Screenshots and videos welcome.
